The primary objective of this role is to ensure the uninterrupted operation of our surfacing squads, preventing costs from escalating. The essence of this position lies in prioritising maintenance and problem-solving by engaging with the teams and appreciating the value our colleagues bring. You are not one to shy away from getting involved and working in all weather conditions and are not looking for a typical 9 to 5 weekday-only job. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take charge of tasks such as troubleshooting, procuring parts, and maintaining machinery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also involve monitoring job sheets and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
