Job Responsibility

  • Traveling to sites to perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Tac Coat sprayers
  • Maintain tac coat sprayers to a planned service schedule
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults effectively and efficiently
  • Carrying out necessary repairs and replacements, ensuring equipment is operating to optimal performance and safety standards
  • Completing accurate service reports and documentation
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Maintaining and managing your company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or Field Service Technician, ideally with experience in spraying equipment, industrial machinery, or related fields
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagnostic and repair skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
  • Full, clean UK driving license is essential
  • Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND in Engineering or a related discipline) are highly desirable
  • A strong commitment to health and safety
