Requirements

Proven experience in chiller or refrigeration engineering
Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience within HVAC
FGAS certification (essential)
NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Building Services (desirable)
Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points, no pending cases)

Job Responsibility

Carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault finding on chillers and AC systems
Servicing and commissioning HVAC equipment including chillers, AHUs, and associated plant
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs and warranty work where required
Producing detailed technical reports and service documentation
Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety procedures and company standards
Liaising with Contract Managers and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of works
Supporting wider service and maintenance activities when required
Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 8) to attend emergency callouts
