As a Mobile Grooming Dispatcher, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. You’ll manage scheduling, routes, and communications between clients and groomers while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be part of a supportive team culture focused on collaboration and growth.
Job Responsibility:
Schedule and confirm grooming appointments efficiently and accurately
Optimize daily routes for groomers to maximize productivity and timeliness
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requests
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat
Collaborate across multiple computer platforms and tools to manage data and workflow
Communicate clearly and proactively with groomers about schedules, client needs, and updates
Upsell additional services and promote special offers when appropriate
Maintain organized records and manage complex scheduling data
Work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Assist with maintaining social media postings and responses
Requirements:
Passion for animals and commitment to delivering remarkable customer service
Strong computer and data management skills
comfortable using scheduling and CRM tools
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or dispatching preferred
Ability to sit for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the grooming or pet care industry is a plus
