Within this role you will be patrolling public streets and advising the public of where they can park safely and securely, issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles and dealing with enquiries from the members of the public. Job Responsibility
Carrying out parking enforcement in an efficient and courteous manner, enforcing the Road Traffic Act 1991 (as amended) with respect of parking controls and traffic regulation orders
Liaising with members of the public and advising on parking issues and enforcement procedures
Issuing penalty charge notices to vehicles in contravention of the regulations on street
Riding a scooter
Requirements
A people person - someone with good communication skills, is approachable and enjoys meeting new people
An outdoors person - if you are happier being out and about instead of in an office regardless of what the weather is, then this role could be for you
Professionalism - we take our work seriously and have a great team who are passionate about providing the best service possible and keeping our communities safe and supported
Team player - an ability to work both independently and part of a team
Provisional driver license required
