Mobile Multi-Skilled Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Technician

• Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on both electrical and mechanical systems across the static site and other mobile locations
• Carry out maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, and minor installations on electrical power distribution systems, lighting & emergency lighting, HVAC systems (fan coils, AHUs, pumps), basic plumbing systems (hot/cold water, drainage), general fabric maintenance tasks
• Complete electrical testing, inspections, and fault diagnosis, ensuring compliance with current regulations
• Work closely with on-site client representatives and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and minimal disruption to building operations
• Accurately complete compliance documentation, service reports, and risk assessments
• Ensure all work is conducted safely and in accordance with health & safety legislation and company policies
• Collaborate with the wider engineering and support teams to ensure seamless FM service provision

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
• Proven experience in a multi-skilled M&E maintenance role, ideally within a commercial FM or building services environment
• Strong capability in electrical fault-finding, testing, inspection, and repair
• Competence in basic mechanical systems maintenance, including HVAC and plumbing
• Experience in general building fabric maintenance tasks is highly desirable
• Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and remain flexible when covering multiple sites
• Strong commitment to health & safety and compliance
