Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (AC Biased)

• Performing PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of plant and equipment, with a primary focus on AC systems (splits, VRVs, AHUs, chillers, etc.)
• Carrying out minor installations and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., lighting, power, plumbing, fire alarms - basic fault finding)
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently to minimise downtime
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Liaising with clients and colleagues in a professional and effective manner
• Completing all necessary paperwork and reports accurately

• Proven experience as a Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within an FM environment
• Strong AC qualifications (e.g., F-Gas Category 1) and extensive practical experience with various AC systems
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations) are highly desirable
• A solid understanding of mechanical systems and general building services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A full UK driving licence is essential
