Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer –commercial Gas Bias, to work with a range of Mitie clients within the Local Government and Education Sector( Leeds Area ) providing all relevant day to day Hard Services activities, including carrying out Planned, Reactive, Quoted and Minor Works on the Building Services Assets, providing an end to end Proactive and Reactive Service to our end line user, ensuring their Buildings and Estates remain Open, Safe, Fit and Compliant.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring our Clients Buildings and Estates remain Open, Safe Fit and Compliant, through completion of both Planned and Reactive maintenance tasks
  • Reporting deficiencies in systems, services and or equipment
  • Following all Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAW), Company Policies and Procedures
  • Ensuring own work and the work of those under your supervision, will be completed in a safe and diligent manner

Requirements:

  • COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1)
  • TPCP1 & TPCP1A
  • ICPN1
  • Appliances CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1
  • Domestic gas tickets also preferable
  • IT literate, with experience using the MSOffice suite (Word, Excel, TEAMS)
  • Ability to maintain a safe working environment, as per HASAW 1974
  • A minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience in commercial environments
  • Strong understanding of Statutory Compliance in Building Services Engineering
  • Full, clean driving Licence
