Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of mechanical maintenance. A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, covering a large commercial property based across a range of commercial and educational sites across Birmingham city centre.

Job Responsibility:

  • Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance
  • Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building equipment, AHU's, FCU's, Pumps, Motors, Generators, Filters and etc.
  • General maintenance duties as and when required - emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes

Requirements:

  • Mechanical qualifications, Level 2 Mechanical NVQ/C&G's
  • Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can do attitude, willing to be flexible
