IMI Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent (e.g. City & Guilds)
Experience in a mobile or workshop technician role
Comfortable working with a variety of commercial vehicle types

Job Responsibility

Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs on a range of vehicles
Inspect vehicles to identify faults, defects, or potential failures and report findings
Replace tyres as required, ensuring all work meets technical and safety standards
Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently
Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and company procedures at all times
Clearly communicate with customers regarding the work required and completed
Ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy before returning them to service
Identify required repairs and faulty components in line with technical documentation
Minimise vehicle off-road (VOR) time by ensuring quick and effective repairs
Deliver excellent customer service and communication at all times

Valid Driver’s License Class A, B, or C CDL may be required depending on location
