3+ years as a Mechanical Supervisor in a mining or heavy industry setting

Job Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of heavy-duty, BEV, and mechanical technicians, providing guidance, training and performance evaluations

Conduct inspections to identify and address mechanical issues
Ensure reliable, efficient equipment to reduce downtime and boost productivity
