Mobile Maintenance Planner

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and schedule maintenance for equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Create and manage work orders with defined tasks, timelines, and required resources
• Review and prioritize maintenance requests, assigning resources efficiently
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory to ensure timely availability of parts and materials
• Optimize resource use to support efficient maintenance execution
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics
• Provide technical input during planning to ensure accurate task definition and troubleshooting support
• Ensure all maintenance plans meet safety, environmental, and company standards
• Prepare maintenance performance reports for management review

• Interprovincial Heavy Duty Mechanic certification considered an asset
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance planning experience in mining or heavy industry
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning methods, tools, and systems
• Familiarity with mining equipment, machinery, and maintenance practices
• Excellent organization and time management to prioritize and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments
• Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and related software
• Committed to safety and proactive in promoting safe work practices
