Job Description:

I am partnering with a leading FM Service provider. They are looking for an experienced Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team, providing high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer with a multi-skilled background to work in a dynamic and varied role, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and small installations
Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems, plumbing, and basic mechanical plant where required
Perform safety inspections, testing, and compliance checks, including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks, and electrical inspections (EICR)
Work closely with site contacts, providing a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Accurately complete service reports and documentation in line with company procedures
Assist with minor installation and project works as needed
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and company policies
Participate in an on-call rota to provide emergency maintenance cover outside normal working hours

Requirements:

C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
18th Edition
C&G 2391 (desirable)
Full UK License (No more than 6 points)
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
