Job Description

My client is seeking a Mobile Industrial Electrical Engineer to cover the Greater London area. As a Mobile Industrial Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within an industrial environment. This role offers a diverse range of daily challenges and opportunities, requiring you to perform fault finding, corrective maintenance, repairs, and the installation or replacement of electrical systems and equipment. All work must comply with BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and adhere strictly to The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. You will be expected to work independently across various sites, utilising a company vehicle and fuel card provided for business use. Safety and compliance are paramount, and you will demonstrate a strong commitment to following safety protocols at all times.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within an industrial environment
  • Performing fault finding, corrective maintenance, repairs, and the installation or replacement of electrical systems and equipment
  • All work must comply with BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and adhere strictly to The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
  • Working independently across various sites, utilising a company vehicle and fuel card provided for business use

Requirements

  • Previous industrial Electrical experience is essential
  • Preferably within the water industry
  • Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Installation and repair of electrical systems
  • Knowledge of BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Compliance with Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
  • Industrial electrical maintenance experience
