Job Responsibility

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and inspections on building fabric elements, including fire doors, internal and external doors, and general joinery
Complete reactive maintenance tasks such as roof leak repairs, gutter and gully replacements, and minor painting works
Install, repair, and maintain internal finishes including wall cladding, tiling, edge protection, and various flooring types like vinyl and ceramic tiles
Provide first line response to plumbing and drainage issues as part of day-to-day maintenance duties
Perform repairs and replacements of wall and floor fittings, ironmongery, hardware, and other general building fabric components
