Job Description:

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Engineer with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team in Dublin. The Salary is between £40,000 - £45,000 working M-F 40 hours per week

Job Responsibility:

Plumbing repairs and installations
Carpentry work
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
General maintenance and repairs as required
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
City & Guilds or similar in Joinery/Carpentry
Previous FM/Commercial experience
Full driving license is required
IPAF Trained
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused approach
