As a Virtual Retail Mobile Expert you are a wireless sales and communications solutions expert. You don't just make a sale, you make a connection that enhances the lives of your customers. You will assist our inbound calling customers in moving forward with the right device at the right price by presenting a personalized solution. Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
12 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
Customer Acquisition Sales skills in new customer acquisition, including competitive drive and confidence for success
Troubleshooting 12 months multi-tasking and navigating between Windows systems. Troubleshooting and working knowledge of IoT. Computer hardware proficiency.
