Job Description

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer with strong expertise in Flutter, NodeJS, and AWS to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate will bring a full-stack mindset, ensuring seamless user experiences, performant backends, and scalable cloud deployments. This role requires someone who thrives in enterprise environments, can collaborate across cross-functional teams, and understands how to build solutions that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using NodeJS
  • Architect, deploy, and manage application services on AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Integrate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) to automate builds, tests, and deployments
  • Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability for enterprise-level apps
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product, and design teams for seamless delivery
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in enterprise-level mobile development
  • Strong expertise in Flutter for building cross-platform apps (iOS & Android)
  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS for backend/API development
  • Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, ECS/EKS, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation for mobile + backend deployments
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and cloud security best practices
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments on large-scale projects
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to have

  • Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog)
  • Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and app store deployment pipelines
  • Experience with GraphQL APIs
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
