Job Responsibility

Deliver essential electrical services and maintenance across designated sites
Perform technical tasks such as safe isolation, lamp and socket changes to ensure operational efficiency
Engage effectively with clients and team members, providing clear communication and exceptional service
Manage administrative tasks through CAFM systems, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
Support a young and enthusiastic team dynamic while being willing to take ownership of projects

Requirements

Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
Electrician Journeyman’s and/or State License is required
Must be willing to obtain any additional licenses necessary to meet any AHJ local requirements
High school diploma or state equivalent required
A minimum of 4 years of electrical trade school or training equivalent, with 5+ years of electrical work experience
Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NFPA standards and local codes
Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports
Good verbal and written communications skills are required
Must always present a professional attitude and appearance
Skilled and physically able to operate hand tools, work on a ladder, carry tools, lift, and carry heavy loads, operate required equipment, and operate a motor vehicle

Job Responsibility

Maintains, installs, and troubleshoots all aspects of electrical infrastructure
Operates, inspects, and maintains all electrical equipment and systems in assigned facilities
Assures that equipment is being maintained in an energy efficient, safe manner
Demonstrate knowledge of electrical / instrumentation / control building equipment and systems
Plan and layout work details in the assembly, installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical apparatus, control equipment and wiring
Troubleshoot and correct faulty wiring or electrical difficulties in motors, and other equipment
Diagnoses, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, upgrade and install all electrical/instrumentation equipment and systems
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings
Interact with clients and maintenance staff
Safely use a large variety of hand and shop power tools
