Job Description

Join a dynamic team as an M&E Craftsperson and work on impactful projects while supporting the education sector in Peterborough.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure electrical installations and maintenance meet safety standards and quality expectations
  • Collaborate with management and other trades to deliver services efficiently and on time
  • Adapt to a shift pattern of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, then a transition to 5 days on, allowing for a balanced work schedule
  • Utilise your skills to report on electrical issues and develop practical solutions
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding electrical operations and project progress

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications, ideally at level 2/3 City & Guilds, or equivalent electrical experience
  • A strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to various shift patterns as required
  • Commitment to quality and a proactive approach to problem solving
