Job Description:

Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer role for a Building Engineering Services provider, covering a specified geographical area or account. The role requires a dedicated professional committed to safe, profitable, and quality service delivery across planned and reactive maintenance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering M&E Contract Requirements: Executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serving as a primary customer interface, ensuring visibility, clear communication, and adherence to contract requirements
  • Documentation and Reporting: Providing comprehensive Site Visit Reports (SVRs) and full feedback for all tasks on a daily basis, and ensuring accurate weekly timesheet submission
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensuring strict compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and company policies, following Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)
  • Operational Efficiency: Working closely with the central Work Scheduling team to ensure effective scheduling, driving efficiency targets, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Cost Control & Small Works: Taking responsibility for managing costs within your works and costing/managing the delivery of required small works projects
  • Development and Improvement: Actively seeking self-development to stay current with modern practices, technology, and industry best practices, while identifying areas for process improvement
  • Call Out and Stand-in: Providing 24-hour Call Out cover on a regular rotational basis and being capable of stepping up to cover for the Contract Supervisor when required

  • Holds relevant electrical qualifications
