The Mobile Device Support Technician is responsible for supporting, deploying, and maintaining mobile devices across the organization. This role focuses on hands-on technical support for iOS and Android devices, Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, and end-user mobility needs.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support for iOS and Android mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets
Enroll, configure, deploy, and maintain mobile devices using an MDM platform
Troubleshoot device, application, connectivity, and access issues both in person and remotely
Support enterprise-wide mobile device rollouts, upgrades, and refresh initiatives
Manage device provisioning, replacements, repairs, and decommissions
Ensure mobile devices comply with security, compliance, and usage policies
Assist users with mobile applications, MFA enrollment, email setup, and secure access
Requirements:
1+ years of experience supporting mobile devices
Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management tools such as Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, JAMF, or similar platforms
Strong working knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems
Experience providing in-person support
Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
