Mobile Developer

ABOUT THE JOB Develop and lead the mobile development team (iOS/Android). Integrate APIs and optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience. Conduct code reviews, define architecture, and establish coding standards. Improve CI/CD pipelines for mobile, automate build and release processes. Mentor and guide team members, providing technical training and direction. ABOUT YOU Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields. 5+ years of experience in mobile development, including at least 2 years in a senior role. Proficient in one or more mobile frameworks: Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native. Strong experience in super app/mini app development, SDK creation, and modularized application design. Proven track record in performance optimization (startup time, memory usage, rendering, networking). Solid understanding of mobile UX/UI and App Store / Google Play guidelines. Hands-on experience with app publishing, compliance, and review handling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams..
