Job Description:

As the largest global crushing contractor, we have operations across Western Australia - operating in iron ore, lithium and hard rock. We are seeking experienced Mobile Crushing Operators to join our Mobile Crushing Team for current and future opportunities. These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mobile Crushing plant operating duties
  • Conduct pre-start inspections and routine checks of equipment, conveyors, feeders, and associated systems
  • Follow loading plans and schedules, and ensure correct product grades and weights are loaded as per requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of loading activities, including tonnages, train numbers, and any incidents or delays
  • Communicate effectively with train drivers, site control rooms, and other team members to coordinate train movements and loading operations
  • Identify and respond promptly to equipment faults, blockages, or safety hazards, escalating issues as needed
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor maintenance or housekeeping tasks
  • General inspections, hosing and housekeeping
  • Working with trades during shutdowns and breakdowns, Maintaining rollers, skirts and other equipment
  • Report any faults, hazards or incidents through hazard card reporting to your Supervisor
  • General housekeeping of assets.

  • HRWL (DG, RB, CN, WP) (highly desirable)
  • NRT Operating tickets - Loader, Skid Steer, Bobcat (desirable)
  • Construction Induction Card
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
