Job Responsibility

Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Complete daily site crane inspections prior to start-up and record all findings
Follow hand signals, radio communication, or written instructions to coordinate with riggers and site supervisors
Observe all rigging techniques prior to performing any lift to ensure the lifting is rigged correctly and has the capacity to perform the lift safely
Assess the weight of all loads and ensure they are within crane capacity
Loading and unloading trucks
General pick and carry activities supporting larger cranes and major installations across the site
Report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions immediately
