Job Responsibility

Ensure our Clients Buildings and Estates remain Open, Safe Fit and Compliant, through completion of both Planned and Reactive maintenance tasks
Provide a partnering style maintenance service that ensures all Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met
Systems feedback is mandatory through both Manual (paper) and Digital (mobile) platforms
Basic Reporting, Quoting and Condition Appraisal
Ensure own work and the work of those under your supervision, will be completed in a safe and diligent manner

Job Responsibility

planning and carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to Commercial/Industrial boilers
completing inspection and gas safety check certificates
Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules, frequencies and industry best practices
Identify any defects found and provide parts list and estimated timescales to complete the defects
Ensure Boilers are transported and handled in accordance with current Health & Safety Regulations
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all colleagues and customers
Carry out installation, repairs, maintenance and plan operational duties, working with the various systems and reporting as requested
visit customer premises (commercial) to fit, service and repair boilers and centralised heating systems
Assessing, dismantling, repairing or replacing relevant parts
Support the field service team and upkeep and maintain the various internal operational processes

Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer
Must have commercial Gas tickets or qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in relevant disciplines
Must have experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on equipment such as boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power and lighting
Must have strong knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
Must have a full current driving licence
Must have strong customer care focus, good communication skills and proactive skills
Must be capable of completing essential paperwork in accurate and timely manner
Must be capable to monitor visiting sub-contractors, issue permits, control small work and escort duties
Must be able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults

Job Responsibility

Undertake maintenance and repair of Gas Plant of buildings as required under contract
Responsible for properties like schools, libraries and Care homes
Ensure all PPM and Reactive tasks are completed to required legislative standards
Ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted within timescales
Participate on the On-Call Rota
Ensure all certification is correctly completed and remedial works clearly identified
