Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Mobile Cleaning Supervisor for a temporary-to-permanent position based in Southampton. This mobile role involves managing client relationships and overseeing daily operations across multiple sites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Site Management: Conduct daily visits to allocated sites to ensure high standards of facilities and cleaning services
  • Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact to maintain and develop strong relationships with the client
  • Maintenance Oversight: Support the coordination of reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
  • Administration: Manage essential administrative tasks and reporting as part of the daily workflow
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience managing multiple sites is essential
  • Licence: Must possess a clean driving licence
  • Technical Skills: Must be computer literate and comfortable using digital reporting tools
  • Attributes: We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy professional with excellent interpersonal skills
