Job Description

We established Pareto Facilities Management to create the most service focused, customer centric, facilities management company in the UK. To conform to the cleaning specification and schedules and carry out cleaning duties as required with a view to continuously develop and improve quality standards. To take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself, your colleagues, and others who may be affected by your work activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out window cleaning inline with correct specifications and health and safety standards
  • Update supervisor of any changes on site
  • Liaise with supervisor/line manager to review sites and reviews work on Jobber allocation system
  • Be punctual and attend for duty as requested
  • Achieve the highest standard of work, with a positive team spirit
  • Continuously develop and improve quality standards
  • Meet managers, clients, and company expectations
  • Respond to any reasonable request of the company or client
  • Ensure that products, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and stored
  • Use initiative to resolve problems where appropriate
  • Ensure that appearance and conduct comply with expectations and appropriate clothing/PPE worn
  • Communicate any unresolved cleaning issues

Requirements

  • Experience within cleaning
  • Ability to carry out window cleaning inline with correct specifications and health and safety standards
  • Ability to update supervisor of any changes on site
