Support statutory maintenance and escalate issues where tasks cannot be completed
Monitor subcontractor performance during specialist works
Carry out small installation and repair works as required
Conduct regular plant room and site checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and performance
Identify and report risks, hazards, or system inefficiencies
Communicate effectively with clients, end users, and internal teams
Isolate and make safe electrical and pressure systems where required

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
