Job Description:

Mobile Associates are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services. They engage with customers, identify needs, and recommend solutions using digital tools and solution-based selling techniques. They complete training, build relationships, and support customer experiences to ensure satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding processes
Identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and processes
Partners with nearby store locations to properly onboard customers
Performs store operations, opening and closing procedures
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience
Provides price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
