Mobile Associates are responsible for customer engagement in high-traffic retail locations. They build relationships, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions while promoting the T-Mobile brand and products. Training is provided, and the position includes opportunities for growth and incentives.
Job Responsibility:
Engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
leverages digital tools during interactions
identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques
recommends wireless solutions and facilitates onboarding
completes training on systems, products, and procedures
builds relationships with customers and leadership teams
performs store operations such as opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
