Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, engaging actively with customers, and being ambassadors of T-Mobile’s products and services. Mobile Associates excel at sales, customer experiences, and quality performance metrics.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes
partner with nearby store locations to properly/fully onboard customers
perform store operations, opening and closing procedures
proactively reach out to potential customers to further drive sales activity
build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
