Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are integral to bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations. They engage with customers to showcase T-Mobile solutions, recommend services, and deepen relationships. Responsibilities include proactive customer interactions, completing training, and performing store operations while ensuring exceptional service and sales growth.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools during customer interactions
Identify customer needs and recommend T-Mobile products and services
Complete training on products, skills, and processes
Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures
Provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
