Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to provide world-class customer experiences, build loyalty, and bring the T-Mobile brand to life. This role focuses on uncovering customer needs, recommending solutions, and building expertise in T-Mobile products and services. Associates receive training and incentive pay during onboarding and are eligible for growth to Mobile Expert roles.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions including anything from unique accessories to cutting-edge IoT devices
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile plans and services
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes
Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
