Mobile Associates are responsible for engaging customers in high-traffic retail environments while representing the T-Mobile brand in partner locations. They identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and deepen customer relationships through meaningful interactions. They perform training, store operations, and partner with nearby teams to enhance the customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engage with a broad range of customers
Use digital tools to educate customers and showcase T-Mobile solutions
Utilize self-serve tools and recommend solutions to meet customer needs
Complete training on products, processes, and skills
Build relationships with customers and deepen engagement
Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers
Perform store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Secure kiosk and assets
Follow up with customers and manage referrals
Build relationships with nearby teams to support customer account set up and servicing
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Ability to balance customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be part of the T-Mobile team
Competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment
