Mobile Associates are responsible for engaging customers in high-traffic retail environments to bring T-Mobile brand to life by identifying customer needs, demonstrating solutions, deepening relationships, and achieving performance targets in sales and customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Leverage digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Complete training on new skills, products, and processes
Perform opening and closing procedures of kiosks, secure assets, and report lost keys or assets to manager
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers
Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity
Follow up with customers and capture referrals
Partner with nearby leadership and teams for customer support and account servicing
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and engage with customers
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
