Mobile Associates are responsible for engaging customers in National Sales partner locations, showcasing the T-Mobile brand, and providing exceptional customer service. They excel in a high-traffic environment, utilize digital self-serve tools, and identify customer needs to offer tailored solutions. Mobile Associates undergo continuous training, build relationships with nearby teams, and contribute to the retail mission of exceeding customer expectations.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding processes to deepen relationships with customers
Continuously learn and improve skills while staying Customer Ready
Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers fully
Perform opening and closing procedures and secure kiosk assets
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers by providing exceptional service
Drive sales activity by proactively engaging with potential customers and managing referrals
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
