Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services, establish significant connections with customers, and continuously work to uncover customer needs and recommend device and service solutions. This is a learning role, preparing for the next level as a Mobile Expert.
Job Responsibility:
Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of latest technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools to assist in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
legally authorized to work in the United States
at least 18 years of age
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and ability to succeed in fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
