Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store bring the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations, engaging with customers to demonstrate, recommend, and sell T-Mobile products and services. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions, showcasing T-Mobile solutions, providing exceptional customer experiences, and meeting sales targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding process
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
review personal results, current promotions, and updates on the Hub to be Customer Ready
perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures
carry keys to the kiosk cabinets, lock/secure kiosk and assets
report lost keys or assets to manager
provide exceptional service, exceed customer expectations, and further drive sales activity.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
