Job Description:

Mobile Associates are members of a Retail Team of Experts, building enthusiasm around T-Mobile products and services. They act as brand ambassadors, engaging with customers to uncover their needs and offering tailored solutions. This learning role involves training in sales, technology, and digital tools while working closely with peers to create a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers continue their shopping journey in-store
Exploring customer needs and demonstrating technology in-store
Providing personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans
Approaching customer needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools to explain T-Mobile coverage, plans, and services
Completing training on T-Mobile sales experience, processes, and resources
Collaborating with T-Mobile employees across channels to share customer experiences and resolve issues
Identifying and referring small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service or sales experience, particularly in a retail environment
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be authentic and have fun
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders while learning and resolving customer issues
Effective balance of customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
