Mobile Associates work with retail teams to represent the T-Mobile brand, provide hands-on demonstrations, and offer personalized technology solutions. This position involves customer advocacy, maintaining expertise in T-Mobile services, and building strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes
establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees to collectively own the customer experience.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
