Job Description:

Mobile Associates in Store-in-Store locations are ambassadors responsible for engaging customers, identifying their needs, and recommending T-Mobile solutions while supporting store operations. They thrive in high-traffic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
leverage digital self-serve tools to assist customer interactions
identify customer needs using solution-based selling techniques
recommend wireless solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and processes
support store operations and opening/closing procedures
build relationships with customers and drive sales activity
follow up with customers and manage referrals
collaborate with leadership and teams for account setup and servicing

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service experience
6 months of sales experience
18+ years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Retail environment experience
passion for customer satisfaction
