The Mobile Associate is responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. This role focuses on customer engagement through identifying needs, recommending solutions, and providing exceptional service while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include leveraging digital tools, completing training, partnering with nearby stores, and building customer relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Uses digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions
Recommends wireless solutions and an onboarding solution centric to helping customers understand self-serve options and T-Mobile app usage
Completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and resources
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set up, to device support and account servicing
Performs opening and closing procedures, carries keys to kiosk cabinets, and secures assets
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
