Mobile Associates are ambassadors who bring energy and excitement around T-Mobile's products and services within National Sales partner locations. They excel at identifying customer needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions while exceeding performance targets. They are responsible for engaging customers, using solution-based selling techniques, completing training, and supporting the customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding process
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
deepen relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction
complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, skills, products, and processes
continuously learn and improve to provide the best experience for customers
partner with nearby store locations for onboarding
perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures
secure assets and report lost keys or assets to your manager
build rapport, trust, and loyalty in customer interactions
proactively reach out to potential customers
manage customer follow-ups and refer potential customers
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
