Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, build connections with customers, and recommend personalized device and service solutions. The position requires on-the-job training, incentive pay milestones, and eligibility for promotion to Mobile Expert. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, and are offered a wide range of benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools in customer interactions
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
building relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
