Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations, engaging customers, recommending solutions, and meeting performance targets. They provide exceptional customer experiences and leverage digital tools during the onboarding process. Training, team collaboration, and continuous learning ensure associates excel in their role.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
deepen relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction
complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems
continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible experience for customers
partner with nearby store locations to properly/fully on-board customers
follow opening and closing procedures, carry keys to the kiosk cabinets, lock/secure kiosk and assets, and report any lost keys or assets
proactively reach out to potential customers to further drive sales activity
build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set-up to device support and servicing
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with customers
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
