Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building energy and excitement around products and services while immersing themselves in deep relationships with customers and continuously improving their skills. This role is about preparing for the next level up as a Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
becoming skilled with and using digital tools during interactions
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience and knowledge of systems
establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred)
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
