Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing T-Mobile's brand to life in National Sales partner locations, engaging with customers, identifying needs, providing solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. They are expected to meet performance targets, undergo continuous training, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Engages with customers in retail environment

recommends wireless solutions
completes in-store training on products and processes
manages customer follow-ups and referrals
builds relationships with customers and teams
performs opening and closing procedures for store kiosk
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
ability to balance customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work as part of a team
competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment
