Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team to build energy and excitement around T-Mobile's products and services. The role involves serving and selling to customers, exploring their needs, and providing hands-on demonstrations. Associates are required to complete training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience and actively learn about wireless and technology innovations. Employees also collaborate across channels to ensure customers have a seamless experience while supporting team initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services
Completing training on the T-Mobile in-store experience
Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives to create an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
