Mobile Associates play an integral role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations by engaging with customers, identifying needs, and recommending innovative solutions. They excel at building relationships, providing exceptional service, and exceeding performance targets within a dynamic retail environment.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
identifies customer needs and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile products and services
completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and processes
performs onboarding and store operations procedures
builds relationships with leadership and teams for customer support
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
ability to balance customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
