Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around products, identify customer needs, and provide education, demonstrations, and recommendations for solutions. This role involves proactive customer engagement, solution-based selling, training, and collaboration with teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Complete training on systems, products, and store operations
Partner with nearby store locations for onboarding support
Follow up with customers and manage referrals
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
